Our Mission
We believe that relationships are the key to successful youth development. Through mentorship and housing support, our goal is to create sustainable, interdependent communities, lessening the burden on public systems.
Youth who transition out of foster care have dismal success rates. As these youth, and other under resourced transition aged youth, enter adulthood they carry a greater risk of having lifelong negative outcomes.
Our Approach
We provide comprehensive mentorship and housing support services to transition aged youth, with a focus on those impacted by the foster care system. It all starts with a relationship.
Website designed and built by Code for San Jose, a community of volunteers dedicated to using their skills to work on civic projects that make San Jose and the South Bay a better place.
Code for San Jose holds bi-monthly “civic hack nights” welcoming citizens, coders, designers, community activists, and others interested in solving community problems through technology. Meet us at our next event.
